We are looking for a Haldex Way Change Agent with comprehensive operational and/or business process understanding.
The role provides a career developing opportunity to work with the whole Haldex organization, functionally and geographically. Later a transition to another important role at Haldex is expected, and this recruitment is to further enable such successions from the team.
The Haldex Way Change Agents role is to lead Haldex Way, for effective implementation by our local units and global organization to successfully improve in Haldex strategic direction.
The Change Agents are also responsible for leading the conceptual development of Haldex Way, as well as expanding and purposefully adapting the Haldex Way framework.
To be a successful Change Agent, proven leadership and abilities to generate change are essential, together with persistent drive for improvement results and ability to establish trust.
The assignments are both local and global with some 30% travel.
Key roles and responsibilities:
Lead Haldex Way to effective implementation by our organization
Develop and improve Haldex Way
Trainer in Operational and Business Excellence methods
Conduct Haldex Way Challenges and develop assessors
Identify and share Good Practices
Required skills & experience
We are looking for a leader, with practical experience from effective implementation and extensive use of Business and/or Operational Excellence concepts and methods in an operative leading role. Experience from Supply Chain and Logistics is a merit.
+10 years is an indication of appropriate work experience. Preferably from international high-volume tier one automotive business or similar.

Education and training:
Master of Science, Engineering or Business. Or equivalent work experience and training.
Location will be Sweden (Landskrona) or Hungary (Szentlörinckáta), or other European locations by consideration.
