Sales Manager, Trailer OEM m / f based in Moscow - Sales

Reporting to the General Manager Haldex Russia, you are in charge of establishing long term business relations and secure sales of Brake and Suspension systems and components to trailer manufacturers in Russia and CIS. Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Establishment and maintenance of long term business relations with our customers within Truck and Trailer industries

  • Preparation and maintenance of business contracts

  • Preparation of commercial offers

  • Consulting and advising clients on commercial and technical issues

  • Technical support and training of customers in order to solve problems

  • Supervising of deliveries of brake systems and their components to manufacturers of vehicles

  • Using of all the necessary sales channels

  • Be involve in the installation and testing of brakes systems and their components

  • Make the collection and analysis of market information including monitoring of competitors

  • Working up of an annual sales budget

  • Reporting on account basis

Required skills & experience

Qualifications

  • High technical engineering degree

Experience

  • You have approved commercial achievements and between 3 and 6 years of full experience of negotiations at a high technical and commercial level.

Other Requirements

  • You have collaboration and team-working ability.

  • You have a good knowledge and experience with braking systems for heavy commercial vehicles, including electronics, EBS, ABS and you have kills of creating and developing brake/suspension systems and solutions, technical consulting.

  • You have an acute sense of organization and communication.

  • You have high planning and analytical skills.

  • You can work independently when needed and you are ready for constant developing and self-learning.

  • You are able to work extended hours as needed.

  • You practice English (good verbal and written) and you have a driving license category B.

    As this role involves working with a variety of people within the organization, the individual should be open-minded, solution-oriented team player with good communication skills.
