Anyaggazdálkodási vezető - Sourcing & Logistics


We are looking for a self-driven new colleague for our Hungarian manufacturing plant at Szentlőrinckáta for the following position.

Supervision of the following tasks:

  • 1st level supplier management
  • Planning and securing raw materials, anxiliary materials and other services for production
  • Order management on a planned basis (weekly)
  • Material shortage monitoring, action planning in cooperation with suppliers
  • Incoming material intake, filing, recording, following up inhouse material flow
  • Non-conformity management (volume, part returns)
  • Review relevant KPI development, analyse deviations (Supplier delivery performance, Inventory days, Preimium freights)
  • Definition of safety stocks, monthly revision
  • Organization of transports (incl. supporting documentation management)
  • Supplier development (intercompany processes, etc.)
  • Team and individual development of direct reports according to Haldex internal values, policies and processes (5C, iHW, etc.)

  • College or university degree, preferably in logistics
  • Min. 3-4 years experience in logistics
  • Min. 1-2 years leadership experience
  • Deep knowledge on logistic processes
  • Basic knowledge on production processes
  • MS Office aptitude
  • ERP user knowledge, Axapta usage is an advantage
  • Problem solving attitude, negotiation expert
  • English negotiator level, German knowledge is an advantage
